      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve sales and gross profit goals by executing key sales initiatives and programs
      - Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
      - Conduct face-to-face contact with dental laboratory customers and manage accounts
      - Develop and implement strategies to increase market share in lab consumable products
      - Collaborate with tele-sales and hi-tech team members to maximize account opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 0 to 3 years of professional sales experience; dental or lab sales experience preferred
      - Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related discipline; Master's degree a plus
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong problem resolution and negotiation skills
