What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve Sales and Gross Profit goals by executing key sales initiatives and programs
- Lead sales activities within the territory by proactively seeking new sales and business opportunities
- Conduct face-to-face contact with dental laboratory customers including account management and business reviews
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share in lab consumable products
- Collaborate with Tele-sales and Hi-Tech team members to maximize opportunities within each account
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Typically 0 to 3 years of professional sales experience; some sales experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated proactive professional sales process applicable to the role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
- Experience in dental or lab sales
- CRM experience
- Master's degree or global equivalent is a plus
- Industry certifications
