What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to brand and commercial teams through qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Shape the strategic direction of Revenue Growth Management by fostering innovative, data-driven methodologies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+ years of experience in the CPG or related industry with a focus on RGM
- Proven ability to leverage RGM levers to develop actionable strategies and achieve measurable outcomes
- Demonstrated skills in translating complex data into impactful storytelling for diverse stakeholders
- Strong business partnering and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree
- Experience in strategy consulting, RGM consulting, or supply chain consulting
- Familiarity with data science, predictive modeling, and advanced data visualization techniques
