- Demonstrates expert knowledge of direct sourcing strategies (e.g. job boards, referral generation, cold calling, online social networking, etc.) to proactively build candidate pipelines that generate sufficient quantity and quality to meet business needs in a cost-effective manner 2.Understand technology and the marketplace, Market intelligence and market mapping within the scope of work.
- Manage multiple vendors to facilitate subcontract hiring process.
- Initiate contact via phone or email to gather prescreen information about technology professionals to qualify skillset and candidate alignment with all roles.
- End to end ownership of the recruitment process with changing priorities and multiple projects.
- Maintains a dialogue with the hiring managers to understand strategy, provide updates and manage expectations.
- Demonstrates ability to prioritize and multitask in dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Builds relationships with hiring managers, peers and HR partners acting as a trusted recruitment advisor.
- Negotiation of compensation with new hires and hiring managers.
- Working with different teams - Employee relations, BPHR’s, HR Legal, Finance, Pricing, Procurement etc.
- Audits, compliance around talent acquisition process.
- Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience to the job description
- Experience recruiting for a dynamic company
- ·Experience with volume/bulk hiring in a BPM environment. Experience filling roles like Call Center, Service Desk, Customer support Processing (Claims, Insurance, Mortgage), IT industry etc will help.
- Experience managing a small team of onsite recruiters (4-5) and working with offshore shared services teams will be highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience of metrics-driven recruiting strategy
- Knowledge of recruitment process, applicable laws and performance based interviewing skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities directly
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment with changing priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with MS Office and applicant tracking systems
- Worked on ATS system (preferably Kenexa Brassring)
- Internet savvy with strong research skill
- Communication and analytical skills
- Knowledge of employee relations matters and as and when required get involved into the company policies and procedures around employee relations issues and coordinate with the required stakeholders.
