  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Answer customer inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction in all interactions
  - Prepare, review, and maintain accurate shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs paperwork
  - Schedule and monitor shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity based on customer specifics
  - Serve as the point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding shipment status and issue resolution
  - Collaborate with operations and external partners to ensure logistics standards are met
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Must be resourceful, organized, and able to provide exceptional customer service
  - Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and SAP
  - Experience within shipper portals such as FedEx and UPS
  - Familiarity with DOT compliance and best practices
  - Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills, with emotional intelligence and outstanding interpersonal skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Possesses critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  - Experience in logistics or supply chain management
  - Knowledge of equipment management, including preventative maintenance and repair
  - Ability to recommend process improvements for logistics operations
