      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the transaction process from Letter of Intent (LOI) to closing in the acquisition of new network companies
      - Draft, review, and negotiate transaction agreements independently
      - Manage multiple aspects of day-to-day transaction execution
      - Oversee the closing process for newly acquired entities
      - Conduct due diligence reviews and delegate tasks to paralegals and support staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of M&A experience
      - Proficient in drafting documents related to mergers and acquisitions and conducting due diligence
      - Experience evaluating and analyzing potential acquisitions and partnerships
      - Strong drafting and analytical skills with great attention to detail
      - Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
