      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule video content for various Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) products, ensuring timely execution
      - Monitor analytics to track content performance and audience engagement for strategic decision-making
      - Create and maintain editorial playlists to enhance content discovery across platforms
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on content strategy and operational workflows
      - Optimize third-party platform content and troubleshoot issues to improve user experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital video strategies and operations
      - Familiarity with CMS platforms, particularly for video streaming sites/apps
      - Experience with analytics tools such as Adobe and Amplitude
      - Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Airtable
      - Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with data management and scheduling platforms
      - Knowledge of AI tools related to content management
      - Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
      - A passion for entertainment, streaming platforms, and content creation
