What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the execution and optimization of large-scale B2B performance marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Spotify Ads Manager
- Partner with agency teams to analyze performance, identify insights, and continuously improve campaigns
- Create performance reports, dashboards, and readouts for stakeholders
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Sales teams to ensure accurate measurement and scalability of campaigns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing, preferably in the B2B sector
- Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and/or Spotify Ads Manager
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from performance data
- Experience optimizing campaigns for Return on Ad Spend and Lifetime Value
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
