What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and maintain quality standards for all printed products
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and root causes of defects
- Collaborate with various teams and vendors to improve product quality
- Train staff on quality procedures and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong experience in vendor coordination and managing complex projects
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Experience with project management systems, specifically Jira
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders
