- The Logistics Finance Associate Manager is a key finance business partner to the Warehouse Operations team.
- This role supports critical financial and planning processes and works closely cross-functional partners to influence business outcomes.
- This role is hybrid and based in White Plains, NY!
- Support monthly close and forecast processes for the warehouse team.
- Provide financial reporting and analysis on a routine and/or ad hoc basis to facilitate timely analysis of business results for entire beverage and yogurt networks.
- Work with Supply Chain Operations obtaining necessary inputs to update and/or create models to provide financial forecast for warehouse cost, including Pallets, Other Logistics Cost (OLC), and Loss & Disposal (L&D).
- Effectively communicate monthly performance, business outlook/drivers and risks and opportunities to finance and warehouse partners.
- Calculate, influence and guide warehouse team and other stakeholders on potential new business decisions.
- Partner with warehouse team to develop and drive cost saving initiatives.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with 3-5 years of progressive finance experience, Supply Chain or Client experience preferred.
- You have advanced proficiency with MS Excel (knowledge of SAP, Power BI preferred).
- You have strong financial modeling skills.
- You are strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
- You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- You are able to work independently against tight deadlines and communicate across all levels of the organization.
