What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide customer support for Granicus' sales technology solutions, including onboarding and training
- Conduct operational research and data support to assist internal teams and clients
- Analyze marketing and sales efforts, providing insights and recommendations
- Create effective presentations and reports to convey analytical results clearly
- Collaborate with the product team to enhance technology solutions based on customer feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 - 2 years of related experience in data analysis and/or consulting
- BA/BS or equivalent educational background
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to develop working relationships with clients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the Tourism / Hospitality industry
- Familiarity with hospitality technologies, particularly Simpleview CRM
- Experience with event/meeting technology
