  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage a team of skilled Property & Casualty production Underwriters
  - Cultivate key broker relationships through marketplace visibility and travel as necessary
  - Drive an engaging team culture with a strong focus on staff development and sales execution
  - Oversee underwriting processes and ensure alignment with the employer's strategic objectives
  - Provide technical expertise and guidance in underwriting and market-facing activities
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in the Underwriting or Market Facing area, or 10 years in Claims or Underwriting Support
  - Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree and relevant experience in Underwriting or Claims
  - Experience with Microsoft Office
  - For AVP level: 7 or more years of experience in Underwriting or 14 years in Claims or Underwriting Support, plus 2 or more years of management experience
  - Strong technical, staff development, and sales execution mindset
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s Degree
  - CPCU certification
  - Advanced knowledge of product lines and the insurance industry
  - Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
  - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
