What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support product lifecycle management and go-to-market execution across Advanced Career Training catalogs
- Conduct competitive and market research to inform strategy and localization needs
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on product launches and enablement materials
- Assist with third-party vendor reviews and onboarding processes
- Partner with Learning Designers, SMEs, and vendors to ensure course quality and relevance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years’ experience in Product Management, project management, or program management
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling in Spanish and English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Smartsheet
- Familiarity with SEO, competitive intelligence, and localization practices
- Experience in education, workforce development, or bilingual content development
