What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support product lifecycle management and course development for Advanced Career Training catalogs
- Conduct competitive and market research to inform product strategy and localization
- Draft and assist in the creation of Product Strategy Documents and Product Launch Documents
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on product launches and enablement
- Assist with vendor onboarding processes and content reviews for international expansion
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years’ experience in Product Management, project management, program management, or policy/compliance management
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish and/or French (preferred)
- Strong multitasking and project management skills
- Excellent written communication skills, including grammar and punctuation in both Spanish and English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Smartsheet
- Familiarity with SEO, competitive intelligence, and localization practices
- Experience in education, workforce development, or bilingual content development
