  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Understand the client’s business use cases and technical requirements, converting them into elegant technical designs
  - Map decisions with requirements and translate them effectively to developers
  - Identify different solutions and narrow down the best options to meet client needs
  - Define guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements (NFR) during project implementation
  - Develop and design overall solutions for defined functional and non-functional requirements
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Total experience of 13+ years in relevant fields
  - Deep understanding of LLMs (e.g., GPTs, Llama, Claude) and their architectures (Transformers)
  - Expert-level prompt engineering skills with proven experience in implementing RAG patterns
  - Strong proficiency in Python and standard AI/ML libraries (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers)
  - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Strong experience with fine-tuning and distillation techniques and evaluation
  - Familiarity with MLOps pipelines for automation and monitoring
  - Proven track record in deploying AI/ML solutions into production environments
  - Experience working on generative AI applications
  - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
