  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Define, own, and drive the overall Google Tag Manager (GTM) and analytics strategy across all employer websites
  - Establish and enforce standardized tagging and data-layer frameworks across platforms
  - Lead the design, implementation, and governance of client-side and server-side tagging solutions
  - Provide expert technical guidance and solution design for business and tracking requirements
  - Collaborate with external GA vendors to address issues and validate solutions
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital analytics, tag management, and data strategy
  - Deep, expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics (GA/GA4), GA360, and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  - Proven experience leading and owning analytics and GTM strategy for large, complex, multi-site ecosystems
  - Strong understanding of data layers, tagging frameworks, governance models, and data quality validation
  - Proven expertise in debugging data accuracy, tracking discrepancies, tagging, and data-layer issues
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience managing GA/GTM certifications, access controls, and compliance governance
  - Demonstrated ability to operate in a senior advisory, client-facing role
  - Strong analytical mindset with excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
