What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Understand client business use cases and technical requirements, translating them into effective technical designs
- Map decisions with requirements and communicate them to developers
- Identify and evaluate different solutions to meet client needs
- Define guidelines for non-functional requirements during project implementation
- Write and review design documents that explain the overall architecture and framework for development teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 13 years of total experience in data science with a focus on predictive modeling
- Strong working experience with Data Science on GCP and fundamentals of Generative AI
- Proficiency in Python and/or R, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture and deployment of data solutions in cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Generative AI fundamentals and hands-on experience with RAG, Lang Chain, Llama Index, and prompt engineering
- Proven expertise in machine learning and mathematical optimization techniques
- Strong understanding of MLOps principles and tools for CI/CD and model lifecycle management
