What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive the adoption and delivery of the employer's digital platform for OEMs, dealers, and technology partners
- Translate complex OEM business needs into actionable technical specifications and robust solution designs
- Lead technical scoping and estimation for new and evolving projects, addressing potential challenges proactively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop prototypes and tightly integrated digital retail experiences
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, serving as the technical point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 8 years of experience in solutions architecture, pre-sales, or lead technical/product roles, particularly in digital automotive retail
- Strong track record in automotive and financial services domains, including desking, F&I, credit, and DMS integrations
- Demonstrated ability to scope projects, lead technical planning, and resolve technical challenges
- Hands-on experience with digital retail, lending, and document management workflows
- Proficiency with APIs, integration tools, and documentation best practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SaaS or ERP solutions for supply chain, inventory, logistics, or automotive retail
- Strong understanding of fixed operations (service, parts, repair)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly with executive-level engagement
- Proven experience in delivering multi-stakeholder projects through collaborative teamwork
