      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a strategic advisor to the Business Development team, designing comprehensive program implementation roadmaps
      - Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to align program strategies with product goals
      - Provide leadership to implementation teams for successful dealer onboarding and program scalability
      - Act as the primary escalation point for program challenges, driving resolution aligned with strategic goals
      - Mentor and guide PMO team members to foster professional growth and capability development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; Master’s degree preferred
      - 12+ years of experience managing complex, large-scale programs, including leadership roles within PMOs or consulting experience
      - Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills with experience influencing senior leadership
      - Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects while maintaining high quality and governance standards
      - Strong technical acumen to bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Deep expertise in the OEM and/or automotive industry
      - Experience leading globally distributed cross-functional teams
      - Expertise in data-driven decision-making and quantitative analysis
      - Proven success in managing large-scale technical releases, including UAT planning and deployment activities
      - Extensive experience with the Scaled Agile Framework and Scrum practices
