  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Execute creative updates and versioning for on-air and digital assets, overseeing edits, graphics, and mixes
  - Provide creative coverage and manage select projects from concept to completion under guidance
  - Coordinate closely with production teams on specifications, file formats, and deliveries
  - Source and retrieve assets for creative projects, including loading episodes for selects and pulling music options
  - Share daily updates on project status and priorities while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 1-3 years of video production/post-production experience
  - Proficiency in video production and post-production workflows
  - Developing proficiency in writing and producing content for on-air and streaming platforms
  - Working knowledge of editing software (Avid and/or Premiere)
  - Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with motion graphics workflows and relevant software (Adobe Creative Cloud)
  - Basic knowledge of on-set production, including directing and interviewing talent
  - Proficiency in project management systems (e.g., Airtable)
  - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
