      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead program management and measurable performance to drive sales, profit, and market share of the medical exam glove unit
      - Gather insights from various sources and synthesize them into compelling narratives for customers and internal stakeholders
      - Act as the internal and external representative for the exam glove offering, collaborating closely with sales teams and leadership
      - Provide leadership for commercial program development and execution, including pricing and sales collateral
      - Monitor and track market share using data analytics tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required
      - 1-3 years of recent experience in Marketing, Business, Medical Sales, or Healthcare
      - Ability to travel 10%-30% of the time
      - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Strong analytical, decision-making, influence, and communication skills
