What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take ownership of specific product segments and features, contributing to their growth and advancement
- Collaborate closely with customers, Customer Success, Sales, and the Product team to comprehend requirements and contribute to product strategy
- Draft clear and concise product specifications and work closely with the engineering team to refine these for efficient development
- Build a deep technical understanding of the product to discuss design decisions with engineering
- Collect and use data to make decisions, including complex analyses and A/B testing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Distinctive work experience in building software products
- Technical background demonstrated through a degree in computer science or engineering, or relevant work experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and focus on quality
- Comfortable engaging with customers and senior executives
- Design mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience working in a remote-first environment
- Familiarity with TypeScript, Next.js, React/Redux, Python, Django, and PostgreSQL
