What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify key product opportunities and drive vision, strategy, and investment for content and community
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create a best-in-class experience for members
- Define, track, and deliver on product success measures and key performance indicators
- Utilize data and insights to inform product work and prioritize initiatives
- Mentor and support the broader product team while improving product best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1–3+ years of Product Management experience or equivalent experience in healthcare, operations, consulting, or technology
- Foundational understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and health consumer mindset
- Demonstrated ability to support product development from discovery through launch
- Strong analytical skills and product judgment to measure impact and inform decisions
- Experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Exposure to claims workflows, eligibility, payer data, or health data integrations
- Interest in translating complex claims and backend processes into clear, reliable experiences
