  - Serve as the primary product owner for ACTIVE Refund, ensuring day-to-day health and performance
  - Monitor adoption, conversion, refund outcomes, and revenue performance across various event types
  - Produce recurring reports and summaries for product, finance, and operations leadership
  - Collaborate with internal teams to launch and maintain ACTIVE Advantage benefits
  - Provide structured feedback and requirements to improve product workflows and usability
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills, including knowledge of pivots and formulas
  - Ability to interpret trends and anomalies for non-technical stakeholders
  - Comfort operating across product, commerce, finance, and support teams
  - Clear and direct written communication skills
  - Familiarity with basic product management workflows and tools
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with commerce systems, transactional add-ons, or protection-style products
  - Exposure to event registration platforms or high-volume checkout environments
  - Experience supporting partner-driven or catalog-style offerings requiring ongoing maintenance
