      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead program management initiatives to drive net sales, operating profit, and market share of the general supply category
      - Gather insights from various sources to create compelling narratives for customers and stakeholders
      - Manage the Advertising and Promotion budget and conduct P&L analyses for an $80+ million business
      - Develop marketing communication and activation plans, ensuring alignment with budget accountability
      - Support commercial program development and execution, including pricing and sales collateral

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required
      - 1-3 years of recent experience in Marketing, Business, Medical Sales, or Healthcare preferred, but experience in any consumer or retail-focused industry will be accepted
      - Experience with business case development and category P&L preferred
      - Ability to travel 5-10%
      - Self-motivated and capable of completing projects within required timeframes
