What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Learn and enhance vertical domain knowledge for your assigned product area
- Support the Product Line team leader by participating in customer meetings and gathering requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to devise innovative solutions
- Develop User Journeys, Story Maps, User Stories, and Non-Functional requirements to articulate business needs
- Maintain and groom the backlog for your assigned product
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a similar field
- Up to 3 years of experience in the software industry or a related role focused on business intelligence or data management
- Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with polished presentation skills
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in gathering functional requirements for software application development
- Prior exposure to the Life Sciences or Health Insurance industry
- Familiarity with Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables
- Basic skills in SQL, Python, or VBA for data analysis
- Experience with product management and Agile methodologies, particularly in Scrum teams
