      We are looking for an Associate P roduct M anager to join our Digital Product Creation team . This product manager will support our product creation teams across M erchandising, Copywriting, and Site Operations, responsible for our Catalogu e product . Sitting a s a core platform in our business, you will be required to work across several business functions , navigate across varying technical architectures and work closely with other P roduct M anager s across the Digital organization to get things done . The ideal candidate should have some experience in building or delivering on data platforms, P roduct Information Management (PIM) systems and/or C atalogue solution s in the past -- any experience in retail & apparel, and internal go to market or supply chain processes is a plus.

      About the Job

      • Own the roadmap for the Catalog platform responsible for efficiently and accurately surfacing product information and imagery to our sites

      • Lead the discovery and documentation of use journeys, product brief , and data lifecycle rules ( e.g. survivorship, priority, and versioning) . Define business use cases and processes that will help shape how we curate the product details and imagery across B2B and B2C sites, geos, and interfaces (web, app).

      • Serve as a product owner for data governance, ensuring clarity around data ownership, stewardship, and quality standards

      • Define clear priorities, product requirements , and roadmaps that deliver measurable business value and returns on investment

      • Understand the best practices in domain driven design, data modeling, and metadata management to support evolving business needs . Navigate an evolving technical landscape, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform resilience and flexibility .

      • Manage the full spectrum of the product development process, using prototypes and MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) to test assumptions and refine product directions based on real user engagement.

      • Manage a dynamic and evolving product backlog – prioritize new ideas , enhancement requests from users, competitive /benchmark analysis, and engagement data for your product. Be able to synthesize lots of data sources to know what should, and even more important, should not be prioritized .

      • Be able to collect + synthesize data to be data informed and comfortable leading with your recommendations. Use experimentation to take that data, define a hypothesis, and run a test and receive data learn what works and does not work for our fans and our business .

      • Where we do leverage 3 rd party software, be able to effectively communicate + influence the vendor roadmap to prioritize enhancements or new capabilities. Be willing to make difficult tradeoffs of using the out of the box functionality or customizing the platform based on business needs

      • Support product releases through close partnerships with business and operations teams, understanding ways of working and effectively communicating changes to our business users

      • Establish the right KPIs and analytics strategy to shape insights. Measure and monitor success of KPIs on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.

      • Be a change agent for our organization. As our company goes through a digital transformation, help identify new ways of working and champion those with our users and stakeholders.

      About You

      • 1-2 years of experience in product management , especially in d ata platforms and/or Catalog systems

      • Strong data and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize insights to drive initiatives.

      • Proven track record in product discovery and leading teams to achieve ambitious KPIs.

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

      • Nice-to-have: Experience in apparel or go-to-market processes.
