What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with product teams to translate public safety customer needs into product requirements
- Participate in customer discovery activities and provide input for solutions
- Analyze data to support decision-making and share insights with team members
- Assist in go-to-market launch plans and product marketing activities
- Write clear and concise product requirements that align with company guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 0-2 years of product management experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities
- Understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile Scrum and Kanban
- Familiarity with law enforcement products is a plus
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this specific role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Government or Law Enforcement industries and/or public records
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred
- Knowledge of the company’s Law Enforcement products (Accurint Virtual Crime Center and Accurint TraX)
