      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in strategic planning and product development activities through data analysis and insights
      - Ensure effective communication between product groups and relevant functional teams to meet strategic goals
      - Support sales and marketing efforts, evaluating revenue trends and addressing customer issues
      - Prepare content for instructor-facing platforms and confirm accuracy before release
      - Troubleshoot Learning Management System (LMS) and Business Development System (BDS) issues as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or related degree in General Studies
      - 6+ years of experience in general product knowledge, customer service, technical support, and IT
      - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and ability to adapt to internal systems
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

      - Experience in project/product management and a proactive approach to tasks
      - Knowledge of educational content development and delivery processes
