What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and deliver high-quality instruction in the Undergraduate BSN program
- Utilize innovative teaching strategies, including simulation and concept-based learning
- Engage in scholarly activities, research, and evidence-based teaching practices
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to nursing students
- Participate in college, university, and professional service activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s or higher nursing degree with nursing experience
- Current unencumbered RN or advanced practice nursing license, with eligibility for licensure in Arkansas
- Adult medical/surgical nursing experience
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Doctoral degree PLUS three (3) years of teaching experience in a baccalaureate nursing program
