      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Teach 7 courses per calendar year in the online DSW program
      - Participate in curriculum development and course design
      - Contribute to admissions processes and policies, including reviewing applications
      - Engage in community service and outreach activities to promote the DSW program
      - Liaise with internal committees and participate in faculty searches and mentorship

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A CSWE-accredited MSW or MSSW and either a DSW or Ph.D. in Social Work
      - Minimum of 5 years of post-MSW social work practice experience with diverse populations
      - At least 2 years of post-DSW or Ph.D. experience
      - A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a social work program or related field
      - Strong organizational skills and a record of leadership in a relevant setting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Two years of experience teaching online courses in social work or a related field
      - Experience in marketing or program branding in an academic context
      - Engagement in professional development activities related to social work education
      - Experience with program assessment and accreditation processes
      - Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in teaching and practice
