What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Efficiency Maine contracts with direct oversight from the regional Senior Director
- Execute scope of work for compliance and client satisfaction
- Identify and coordinate with cross-functional teams to increase enrollment in Demand Response initiatives
- Drive, manage, monitor, and report the timely delivery of program tasks
- Direct the work of employees assigned to the program across various areas including technical, marketing, and operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of project management experience
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Experience in Demand Response program execution
- Strong customer service experience and focus
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred
