What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Efficiency Maine contracts under the direction of the Efficiency Maine Program Manager
- Execute scope of work to ensure compliance and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance enrollment and participation in Demand Response initiatives
- Manage and monitor the timely delivery of program tasks
- Direct the work of employees across various functions, including technical, marketing, operations, analytics, and administrative areas
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of project management experience
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Experience in Demand Response program execution
- Strong customer service focus and experience
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of ideal candidates for participation in Demand Response initiatives
- Positive and outgoing personality with self-starter qualities
