What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support for Legal team intake and various workflows related to legal requests
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and support the day-to-day operation of the CLM platform
- Pull data and generate reports to enhance operational visibility and track workflow performance
- Create and maintain internal documentation, guides, and training materials for the Legal team
- Assist with administrative Legal Ops tasks, including subscription tracking and process documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2–3 years of experience in legal operations, legal project management, or contract operations
- Hands-on experience with CLM tools or legal workflows, preferably Ironclad
- Experience in pulling reports and maintaining operational data trackers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting intake-based workflows in a legal or operations context
- Familiarity with Confluence or similar knowledge management tools
- Experience with Salesforce or CPQ
- Knowledge of no-code or low-code workflow tools such as Tonkean
- Comfort using AI-enabled tools in daily work
