What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the release of creative assets to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, capturing notes, and tracking follow-ups
- Maintain operational workflows, including asset lists and campaign tracking
- Support marketing leadership in optimizing processes for efficiency
- Distribute key marketing resources and documentation across teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of experience in creative asset management, program coordination, or related fields
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and proactive follow-through
- Strategic problem-solving abilities with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- High energy, flexibility, and a genuine passion for the beauty industry
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheets, SharePoint, or Monday.com
- Prior knowledge of the retail beauty industry
