What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage resources to fulfill requests from Atlantic City Electric and PECO utilities
- Collaborate with senior management to enhance program procedures and compliance
- Execute scope of work to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with state requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to increase participation and meet contract goals
- Monitor and report on timely delivery of program tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of project/program management experience
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Experience with energy efficiency programs
- Strong customer service experience and focus
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with a preference for a Master's degree
- Self-starter with a positive and outgoing personality
- Reside in Southeastern PA or Southern NJ
- Comfortable with remote work environment and occasional in-person meetings
