  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Collaborate with Project Management and Project Engineering teams to deliver high-quality product solutions
  - Maintain and expand knowledge through training and mentorship to develop skill sets
  - Address 3rd party hardware, software, and network issues related to products
  - Work cross-functionally with other teams and handle various assigned duties
  - Adhere to quality and regulatory compliance requirements, including U.S. FDA standards
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Trade School Certification, 2 Year Degree, or equivalent industry experience in computer systems or related fields
  - 0 to 3 years' experience in internships or fieldwork
  - Superior communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent phone manner
  - Ability to achieve results and meet goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  - Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Basic knowledge of Microsoft and VMware operating systems
  - Basic understanding of networking and storage concepts
  - Familiarity with clinical data transfer protocols and interfaces (HL7 and DICOM)
