What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Project Management and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality product solutions
- Maintain and expand knowledge through training and mentorship to develop skillsets
- Address hardware, software, and network-related issues for supported products
- Work cross-functionally with other teams and manage additional assigned duties
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements, including FDA and ISO standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Trade School Certification, 2-Year Degree, or equivalent industry experience in computer systems or related fields
- 0 to 3 years of experience in internships or relevant positions
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with an excellent phone manner
- Ability to achieve results and meet goals in a fast-paced, team environment
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft and VMware operating systems
- Familiarity with Networking and Storage concepts
- Understanding of clinical data transfer protocols and interfaces (HL7 and DICOM)
