What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee agency operations for major consumer packaged goods (CPG) clients
- Lead shopper marketing planning processes to build customized programs for retailers and brands
- Manage partnership relationships with manufacturers or properties
- Prepare detailed post-program analyses, including ROI and future recommendations
- Train and mentor lower-level team members and manage project workflows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business, or a related field
- Strong strategic thinking skills in developing shopper marketing programs
- Proven decision-making skills based on agency, client, and industry knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage time effectively and work well under pressure
