What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contribute to the development of project charters and management plans, recommending trade-offs within projects
- Define and manage project scope, outlining major workstreams and timelines
- Monitor and maintain sub-project budgets and quality plans in collaboration with project teams
- Create and manage risk registers, identifying and responding to project risks
- Develop stakeholder management plans and communication strategies for effective project execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of work experience
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills based on factual analysis
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a focus on results and accountability for meeting goals
- Experience in project management methodologies and tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in CAPM or equivalent preferred
