What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review project Statement of Work (SOW) to determine schedule, budget, resource needs, and project strategy
- Collaborate with Solution Consultants to define and execute project objectives
- Manage scope expectations and communicate deviations to all project representatives
- Lead bi-weekly sprint planning and daily stand-ups with the cross-functional project team
- Identify, track, and resolve project risks and issues in a timely manner

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of an associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; bachelor's degree is a plus
- Experience in project management or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in public sector project management
- Knowledge of project management software and tools
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
