      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation under the guidance of senior project management staff
      - Create project charters and plans outlining scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables
      - Facilitate project meetings and working sessions, ensuring clear communication and documentation
      - Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project outcomes
      - Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and executive sponsors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-4 years of experience in project management or coordination roles
      - Proficiency in project management systems and understanding of Agile or Waterfall methodologies
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Knowledge of change management principles and ability to lead teams through project changes
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
      - Certification such as CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or similar
      - Experience working on project teams, assisting with planning and execution of projects
      - Strong analytical skills for data and project metrics analysis
      - Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate project needs and propose solutions
