      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage multiple small to mid-scale corporate real estate projects, including office buildouts and renovations
      - Collaborate with IT, Facilities, Security, and external vendors for seamless technology integration
      - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports using project management tools
      - Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track action items
      - Monitor project risks and issues, escalating as needed, and support mitigation strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in corporate real estate or IT
      - Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
      - Understanding of IT systems relevant to real estate (e.g., workplace management platforms)
      - Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PMP, CSM, or ITIL certifications
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Information Systems, or related field
