      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive projects from inception to completion, identifying and documenting project requirements while supporting clients and stakeholders
      - Align expectations, manage schedules, and ensure delivery deadlines are met
      - Identify, communicate, and track potential risks, collaborating with project team members on mitigation plans
      - Facilitate internal and external planning meetings, preparing agendas and documenting discussions
      - Execute project management controls to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Related degree and/or equivalent experience
      - Minimum 1-2 years of previous project management experience in a client-facing project delivery role within a professional services organization
      - Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
      - Understanding of project budget management
      - Strong written and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a security services environment
      - CAPM certification
