What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, acting as an interpreter between technical and business teams
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, manage timelines, and ensure successful project execution
- Develop comprehensive use cases and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) while guiding stakeholders through the process
- Evaluate system enhancements for global applicability and monitor project success metrics
- Manage ad hoc tasks and projects in support of the Revenue Operations team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field with 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ strongly preferred
- Strong project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and thorough documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with SQL and Power BI is a plus

- Experience collaborating with sales teams and sales support teams
- Track record of success throughout the project development lifecycle, including design, build, test, UAT, and deployment phases
- Ability to navigate conflict and work effectively towards resolution
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and sound judgment
- A natural curiosity and eagerness to expand knowledge and solve complex business problems
