What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead multiple projects of varying size, scope, and duration
- Establish strong client relations and manage interactions throughout the project lifecycle
- Create detailed project plans, status reports, and manage issues, risks, and actions
- Partner across functional teams to deliver optimal solutions for clients
- Serve as the escalation point for customer and project-related concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
- 1-2+ years' experience as a hands-on Associate Project Manager managing technical projects
- Previous experience with IT/Technical Implementation projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet defined budgets and timelines
- Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to create and manage project schedules
- Familiarity with project scheduling tools
- PMP certification highly desired
