      KKH Psychology Service offers clinical psychology services to women and children. We are looking for someone with a strong interest in clinical psychology and excellent people skills. You will assist psychologists in patient-liaison work, conduct or help to facilitate group programmes, develop patient education materials, participate in research projects when required and prepare reports accordingly, with supervision. On the job training and individual supervision will be provided. Where appropriate, group supervision will also be provided, as are opportunities for training.

      Working as an associate psychologist at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital Psychology Service, provides opportunities for a broad, meaningful and unique range of experiences. You will be part of a vibrant psychology team.

      Requirements:

      • At least a Bachelor degree in Psychology, with Second Upper Honours from an established university with an accredited Psychology program.
      • Resilient, able to work independently and also as a team player
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      • Strong writing skills
      • Strong organizational skills and time management skills.
      • To be able to maintain and ensure effective and high quality clinical documentation.
      • Resilient, able to work independently and also as a team player.
      • Ability to speak a second local language and/or dialect is desirable, though not essential, in order to liaise with the local language and/or dialect speaking associates/patients.
      • Proficient in IT/office software
      • Previous working experience in counselling would be desirable

      The Singapore General Hospital is a tertiary referral hospital in Singapore, located next to Bukit Merah and Chinatown and serviced by Outram Park MRT station.
