What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source candidates via telephone and develop new candidate pools through cold calling
- Maintain and update candidate profiles in the database as needed
- Prequalify candidates for open positions based on requirements

- Submit qualified candidates to recruiters and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; college degree or coursework preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using recruitment databases and tools
