What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Qualify prospective insurance agencies to ensure they exceed production requirements
- Drive the appointment process for qualified agencies to accelerate their path to production
- Onboard and develop new agency partner relationships and conduct training for existing producers
- Conduct business reviews with agency principals to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve partner issues of both technical and transactional nature
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of experience in a full cycle or post-sale support role with customers of insurance or B2B SaaS products
- Proven ability to support customers through the full digital B2B product journey
- Ability to disqualify misaligned prospective partners while focusing on new partners for growth
- Aptitude for resolving customer issues of technical and transactional nature
- Must reside in Minnesota and be willing to travel up to 25% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience or knowledge of the insurance industry, especially with agents/brokers of commercial Property & Casualty and Habitational insurance product offerings
- Demonstrated excellence in adapting to changes and collaborative problem-solving
- Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn and embrace diverse ways of thinking
