      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Make 30+ outbound calls per day to engage business leaders and educate them on HR and insurance resources
      - Manage an assigned client list, ensuring a positive experience and driving usage of the portal
      - Achieve a minimum 7% success rate in engaged conversations leading to resource access
      - Stay informed about product changes and company initiatives to provide consultative guidance
      - Document calls and client interactions accurately in the CRM (Salesforce) and follow up consistently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
